Air France-KLM has successfully placed its senior perpetual subordinated bonds, convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for existing shares, for a nominal value of 305.3 million euros, through a placement with only qualified investors, representative approximately 200 million underlying shares. The bonds will be issued at par with a nominal value of 100,000 euros per security and with a conversion/exchange premium of 22.5% with respect to the reference share price.
