Argan, a French real estate company specializing in the development and rental of warehouses, reported rental revenues of €166.1 million for the year 2022, up 6% compared to 2021. This strong growth is mainly the result of the 2021 full-year effect deliveries and rents generated by the six new developments delivered since the beginning of the year and the acquisition of a 153,000m2 warehouse from Groupe Renault in October 2022.
On 3 January 2023, Arkema finalized the sale of Febex, a company specializing in phosphorus chemistry, to the Belgian Prayon group.
