Argan
Argan, a French real estate company specializing in the development and rental of warehouses, reported rental revenues of €166.1 million for the year 2022, up 6% compared to 2021. This strong growth is mainly the result of the 2021 full-year effect deliveries and rents generated by the six new developments delivered since the beginning of the year and the acquisition of a 153,000m2 warehouse from Groupe Renault in October 2022.
Arkema
On 3 January 2023, Arkema finalized the sale of Febex, a company specializing in phosphorus chemistry, to the Belgian Prayon group. A global player in phosphorus-based products (high-purity phosphoric acid and sodium hypophosphite and derivatives), used primarily in the electronics and pharmaceutical industries, Febex was related to Performance Additives and had little integration with the other group businesses.
BIO-UV group
BIO-UV Group has announced the continuation of the strategic and commercial partnership with Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As part of the renewal of this commercial agreement and the related license agreement, entered into jointly with the acquisition of the triogen company which took place in September 2019 for an initial period of four years, the BIO-UV Group will continue to provide its water services and advanced linked to Veolia until 2025.

The Capelli group announces that at the end of December it concluded the sale of 91 housing units in the north-east of Paris with a well-known landlord. After proceeding, in the second half of 2022, with the voluntary postponement of the launch of some real estate programs to deal with the soaring construction costs and thus preserve its margins in the next 24 months, the real estate developer, in a context whose technical costs have returned to reasonable and stable, is resuming the launch of its current programmes.

This entry into the share capital takes place through an investment of 500,000 euros, as part of a fundraising for a total amount of 1.1 million euros.

Trigano, the leisure vehicle manufacturer, reported lower sales in the first quarter of the 2022-2023 financial year, in a context still marked by supply difficulties for mobile bases for motorhomes. However, these tensions tend to decrease. This allows the group to expect an increase in its production in the coming months.
