This is why Céline Redhon takes her role as a business coach to heart to enable them to find a balance between personal and professional life while developing the company.
Céline has bought Mentory’s franchisee ActionCOACH. ActionCOACH is an American franchise created 30 years ago by Brad Sugars. At that time, business coaching was very little on the market. It comes from a strong conviction: the company must allow its manager to have a better quality of life.
Present in more than 70 countries, the idea was to accompany the entrepreneur from A to Z to contribute to the development of his company by freeing up more time.
2/ What is business coaching? How are you ?
In VSEs and SMEs, very often managers are at the center of everything and the company depends too much on them. They forget to live and sometimes damage their families and the time for them… That’s why ActionCOACH business coaching empowers nearly 18,000 business leaders worldwide to take their heads off the handlebars. In fact, thanks to proven methods, working with the business coach allows you to gain perspective and ask yourself the right questions.
Thus Mentorys supports entrepreneurs in developing and monitoring their action plans to achieve their personal and professional goals as quickly as possible. “Often they are alone in the face of all their challenges, we help them break with loneliness, we restore their energy” explains Céline. This support covers time management, money control, marketing actions and process implementation.
3/ Do you have practical cases to present to us?
To structure a company and allow it to grow in size as well as improve its leadership and management, everything is a matter of will. The goal is to make a company completely autonomous and to suspend time for its leader, while having better results.
As a first step, the entrepreneur contacts Mentorys and after specific discussions about his work an action plan is drawn up. Having established this, the principle is to work on the company and on the leader, and for this reason Céline warmly invites its clients to read books, to complement their skills. The coaching sessions are all different and at regular intervals to promote results. There are different processes, from one to one, collective workshops like the Croissanceclub scheduled every quarter for example.
There’s also the Bookclub, which is like a video conference reading workshop once a month (Tuesdays). ” During this exchange, we all read the same book and we meet for a video aperitif to discuss this book. So the idea is to maximize this learning for Céline. Finally, there is the MentorClub which is a dedicated solopreneur program for very small businesses. In the form of collective coaching (maximum 5 entrepreneurs) adapted to small budgets.
4/ Why are you a business coach? Tell us about your background
Business coach for 3 years, Céline was founder and director of an SME in the IT sector. After 9 years of hard work, she decided to seek support to develop her company. Quickly, you saw the company evolve, the turnover increase, it was significant! According to her, all business leaders need to be educated and supported to achieve better results.
