This innovative course will meet the needs of professionals who want to access strategic positions and specialize in the sector by combining professional life thanks to a part-time digital programme.

The Global Executive Master’s in Hospitality Leadership will welcome its first participants in November 2023. This program includes four 12-week online taught modules and four 6-day sessions across different Glion and ESSEC campuses: Glion in Montreux Switzerland, ESSEC in Singapore , Glion London and finally ESSEC Paris-La Défense.
Finally, the course will be closed by an end-of-course project or an applied entrepreneurial project to be implemented within 15 months of the start of the course. This entrepreneurial project is at the heart of pedagogy to contribute to tomorrow’s solutions and adapt to the changes and challenges that the hotel industry faces.

Participants will have the opportunity to consolidate and acquire new technical, managerial, organisational, marketing and economic skills ; understand and analyze key hospitality industry trends, market opportunities and potential action plans to develop their strategic vision.
Upon completing the training, participants will earn a Global Executive Masters in Hospitality Leadership from Glion and ESSEC Business School worth 30 US credits that will enable them to make a difference and seize opportunities to accelerate their careers.
