He has previous experience at 3i and Quester in the private equity sector, after earning his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Deloitte. Jamie studied mathematics at Oxford University and is currently NED with Oryx International Growth Fund Ltd, Chapel Down Group plc and Flowtech Fluidpower plc.
John Goold, 51, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London at Touche Ross in 1996 before embarking on a 25-year career in the City, where he raised growth capital and advised capitalization of small and medium-sized businesses. John started in corporate finance before moving on to stock selling and corporate brokerage, where he spent much of his career. During his career, John helped raise over £ 5 billion for his clients, most of them while he was CEO of Zeus from 2012 to 2021.
Mark Kirkland, 54, graduated as a Chartered Accountant from Price Waterhouse Coopers in London and has gained extensive commercial experience over more than 30 years, holding numerous senior positions in public and private companies. Mark’s initial career was in corporate finance, primarily at UBS. Mark has served as CFO of numerous public and private companies and most recently as CEO of Delin Property, a pan-European developer, investor and logistics manager.
He is currently non-executive director of Strix Group plc and consultant of DP World.
