French food multinational Danone today announces the appointment of three Deputy General Managers (DGAs) with expanded skills, to increase its performance in its markets by bringing together categories and regions: Véronique Penchienati-Bosetta, Shane Grant and Juergen Esser. Reporting directly to Antoine de Saint-Affrique, Group Chief Executive Officer, they will continue to implement the Renew Danone strategy. Danone also announces the appointment of Pablo Perversi as General Manager Europe.

Aircraft manufacturer specializing in professional civilian drones and artificial intelligence, Drone Volt announces that its 2022 annual turnover has reached a record level of 13.4 million euros, an increase of 53% in 1 year. This turnover is significantly higher than the double-digit growth target set during the year and the threshold of 10 million euros, set since last November. This performance is due to an excellent closing of the year, illustrated by a fourth quarter growth of 126%, to 5.4 million euros.

Sergio Ferrari
The SergeFerrari Group, a specialist in innovative flexible composite materials, recorded a turnover of 88.98 million euros in the fourth quarter, up 25.4%. It increased by 17.5% at constant scope and exchange rates. The group achieved a record turnover of 338.7 million euros in 2022, exceeding the initial target of 325 million euros, which rose to 335 million euros during the year, and growing by 18.5% at scope and current exchange rates and 14.2% at constant scope and exchange rates.

The specialist for the remediation of water, air and surfaces using high-tech UV will present its turnover for the fourth quarter.
Vetoquinol
Vetoquinol Laboratory reported revenue of €540 million for the 2022 financial year, up 3.6% on a reported basis and down 0.8% at constant exchange rates. The animal health specialist points out that the “essential products” which represent 56.3% of laboratory sales in 2022, and the pet segment “show growth in published data of 4.5% and 9%, respectively, 1%”, noting that “the best oriented activities of the laboratory are those that are at the center of its strategic project”.
Virbac
The Virbac group announces that its annual turnover increased by 9.6% at comparable exchange rates and perimeter (+14.3% at effective exchange rates), thanks to the exceptional activity recorded in the fourth quarter. The animal health specialist recorded an annual turnover of 1.216 billion euros, after a last quarter of 294.9 million, up 19.7% compared to the same period of 2021. closing, before the publication of these results, the Virbac’s share lost 1.17% to 254.50 euros, but gained 4.95% in five days.
