Tadaweb,
first direct investment in Europe by Wendel Growth
Wendel (Euronext: MF.FP), through its business Wendel Growth1, announces the signing of a definitive agreement for the acquisition of a minority stake in the capital of Tadaweb. Wendel will invest 15 million euros in equity to support the company’s growth. This transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023, subject to the fulfillment of customary conditions and the receipt of regulatory approvals.
Tadaweb provides Open Source INTelligence (OSINT) platforms that enable organizations to generate actionable insights by reducing analyst investigation time from weeks to minutes. Tadaweb platforms allow them to greatly increase their impact in the vast and changing environment of the Internet. The rapidly growing company employs over 120 people, is headquartered in Luxembourg with offices in Paris, London and Ottawa.
