Frédéric Murat, alias Stéphane, in Patron Incognito on M6
To make the best choices for his company and to face the reality on the ground, Frédéric Murat decided to meet his teams throughout France. You will pretend to be “Stéphane”, a manager who has come to train to open a warehouse in a new city.
Thus he will be confronted with the reality of the new entrants, in a complicated period, that of the end-of-year celebrations. The reasons for his participation are simple” We thought it would be interesting to see the company in disguise, while being immersed. It was important for us to make sure that the codes we had in place in Paris were the same in other cities. », explains the CEO of Coursier.fr.

How will diving for Frédéric Murat take place in the program broadcast on M6?
On Monday 16 January we will therefore discover Frédéric Murat with a new look and a new identity. He will go to different warehouses in Paris, Bordeaux and Lyon and will pretend to be Stéphane, a manager who has come to train to open a warehouse in a new city. During the show, the CEO of Coursier.fr will notably meet Jordan, a mechanic, and Ademe, a longtime delivery boy.
If the boss wanted to participate in this show, it’s for a good reason, as he explains to the media Progress : “ Because usually, when you know that the director is about to arrive at a building site, everyone is there, everyone is in uniform, the safety rules are respected, everything is clean, etc. There, incognito, we can really check. »
Frédéric Murat wants to ensure compliance with the codes by the employees, in all warehouses, observing the environment in which his collaborators operate to take into account the points for improvement, to get as close as possible to the concerns of the employees : ” What struck me the most in Lyon is the volume of activity in the warehouse. I didn’t think there were so many activities. Around 10:30 it was dark with people, there were 50 to 60 people. It was swarming everywhere. It is a city with very strong potential, with the development of cycle paths, for example. I really saw this by being as close to my co-workers as possible, not necessarily being the head of the company at the time. »
